Chaale is an on demand Courier Service that is powered by a mobile app.
The goal of which is to make readily available, accessible and easy the process of sourcing a professional and trustworthy courier service at a fair price.
Our Story
We are a team that previously, each member had experienced the daunting and gruelling challenges of what should have been the very simple task of getting a courier to pick an item from one location and deliver to another location.
It turned out not to be that simple, and that we had all experienced, literally, the same poor service, thus, when the service was available at all.
We had strikingly similar stories of the difficulty in finding a service that:

Would pick up items exactly when they needed to be picked

Had couriers who were courteous at all times

Could deliver items in a timely manner without compromising the items in any way

We could truthfully know the actual location of the courier and status of the items throughout the delivery journey, instead of relying on the courier's word

Was genuinely interested in finding solutions to problems, rather than making excuses
There was hardly any courier service out there that could satisfy our needs. Surprisingly, the problem was not unique to us, others has similar experiences.
We decided to just build one ourselves. A courier service that is free of the above problems. A service that we and like minds would be pleased to patronise and find it fulfilling.
Chaale got birthed as a result.
The Invitation
The app is currently at the Beta Testing stage, with interest growing faster than we expected.
